Did you ever think that blowing bubbles through your nose could win you prize money??

We are looking for the craziest, the silliest, the weirdest, the strangest, the funniest talent known to mankind! To participate in this year’s BRAND NEW EVENT you must submit an audition tape of your “special” talent in the form of an act, and the winning submissions will go LIVE in front of hundreds to compete in the first ever 3DYC’s Got Talent. You perform, they vote, and someone will be named this year’s official 3DYC’s Got Talent CHAMPION!

PRIZES Each *prize will be awarded to a Jr. High student and a Sr. High student (competitions are separate).

• Grand Prize: $250 cash
• Runner-Up: iPod Shuffle
• Other prizes: Assorted gifts and gift cards
• All contestants performing live at 3DYC: The official 3DYC’s Got Talent t-shirt
• Youth workers, pastors, leaders, sponsors, and volunteers are encouraged to enter, but will not be eligible for prizes.
  *Group auditions are permitted, but the group must share prizes.
  

HOW TO: Create an account on YouTube.com and upload an audition video. To send the YouTube link to your video, fill out the online application form by CLICKING HERE. If you CANNOT upload to YouTube, send a DVD to:
3DYC’s Got Talent Auditions, c/o St. Mark Missionary Church, 55240 Bittersweet Rd., Mishawaka, IN 46545.

VOTING: Once you’ve uploaded your video, TELL YOUR FRIENDS! The YouTube ratings/views and our panel of judges will be used to select the contestants to perform live at 3DYC. The final winners will be determined by the LIVE audience’s vote.

GUIDELINES: We will be looking for the most entertaining talents. Here are a few suggestions of what we have in mind: jugglers, stand-up comics, stupid human tricks, strongmen (women) routines, magicians, ventriloquists, acrobatics, hilarious skits, dancers, escape artists, underwater basket weaving, any other hidden talents.

Please note: We will not be accepting such talents that are entered into the traditional talent competition (singing, drama, art, etc.) as we want that area to remain untouched. The goal of this NEW event is to find the most ENTERTAINING acts to serve as a fun night during 3DYC.

RULES & DEADLINES:

• Upload to YouTube.com or mail videos to address above no later than November 10 (none will be considered after this postmark date)
• Videos must not be more than 2-3 minutes in length
• Auditions must be based upon 3DYC values. Any tape infringing upon the “modest” standard that we uphold will not be considered and will be terminated from the 3DYC website.
• Music would be a great addition to your video, however be mindful of copyright laws when uploading to YouTube.
• Judges will make their selection on December 15 and notify contestants if they will be performing at 3DYC.
